If you need to return a Faulty / Damaged Product

If a product arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, you must notify Crazy Lenses within 14 working days from the date you took delivery of your order. Crazy Lenses will subsequently issue a replacement product within 24 hours. For USA orders this replacement will be shipped via a tracked USPS service and delivered within 2-4 working days, for UK orders this replacement will be shipped via a first class Royal Mail service and delivered in 2-4 working days, for international orders (excluding UK & US) this will be shipped via an international Royal Mail service and delivered in 5-10 working days. The cost of the replacement product, shipping and any other associated costs will be covered by Crazy Lenses.

Please note: In certain circumstances you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of a damaged product. You may also be asked to return the damaged product. In this scenario, Crazy Lenses will reimburse the cost of return shipping.

If you’ve changed your mind and no longer require a product / order

If you decide that you no longer require a product/order, you must notify Crazy Lenses within 14 working days from the date you take delivery of your order. Crazy Lenses will subsequently arrange for you to return the product/order for exchange or refund.

For exchanges

Upon receipt of your returned product/order, Crazy Lenses will ship your replacement product/order within 24 hours. For USA orders this replacement will be shipped via a tracked USPS service and delivered within 2-4 working days, for UK orders this replacement will be shipped via a first class Royal Mail service and delivered in 2-4 working days, for international orders (excluding UK & US) this will be shipped via an international Royal Mail service and delivered in 5-10 working days. The cost of shipping and any other associated costs will be covered by Crazy Lenses.

For refunds

Upon receipt of your returned product/order, Crazy Lenses will process a refund within 24 hours. This refund will be for the value of any returned products plus shipping fees. The refund can only be made via the original payment method and it may take 3-5 working days for the funds to clear back into your account.
